Next, set a timer for seven minutes.
Start with circuit one and work through the exercises without pausing. If you complete this circuit in under seven minutes, do it again. Keep going until the time is up.
Rest for around 90 seconds.
Next, move onto circuit two and follow the same principles as above.
Repeat circuit one. Rest. Repeat circuit two.
