Chimichurri.

This amazing green sauce from Argentina is not only the most delicious thing you can possibly put in your mouth, it's also vegan, gluten free and super good for you. Packed with the goodness of cilantro, garlic and flat-leaf parsley, it's a great healthy sauce to add to practically any dish. Though it's traditionally served over steak, we love it mixed with lean ground turkey or chicken, or spooned over quinoa or brown rice. Epicurious' recipe is one of the best, but a word to the wise: half a cup of olive oil is too much. Try 1/3 cup instead.

The Healthy Cheeseburger.

Leave it to Cassey, our Pilates idol, to come up with this amazingly tasty healthy cheeseburger recipe. The celery mixed in with the lean beef gives it extra freshness and flavor, while the Portabella musroom 'bun' makes it insanely juicy. Bonus: in addition to being high in protein, this burger is also really high in iron. Take that, anemia!

Hummus and Grilled Vegetable Wraps.

Summer and grilling just feel right together, but there's no reason that grilling can't also be healthy! These wraps, featuring superfood superstars hummus, zucchini, red bell pepper and spinach, make the most of cooking out while also managing to be perfectly good for you. Sub in any additional veggies that you like (we add grilled red onions), or chill the wraps after cooking for a delicious, cool lunch.

Kale, Carrot and Avocado salad.

How do we love thee, avocado? We cannot even count the ways. And when it's mixed in with fresh kale, red onion and carrot, we love it even more. We can't get enough of the low-sodium soy sauce and lemon juice dressing; substitute sunflower seeds for the sesame seeds for an even nuttier, tastier crunch.

Vegetarian Ceviche.

For those sweltering summer nights when you just can't stand the thought of sitting down to a hot meal, this veggie ceviche comes through to save your life. The hearts of palm are delicious and match perfectly with lots of cilantro; we like to add extra cucumber and a splash of hot sauce to ours to really up the spice factor. Serve with celery sticks or toasted tortillas and enjoy.

Sweet Potato and Spinach Quesadillas.

We love sweet potatoes, but we never thought to put them in between two whole-wheat tortillas until now: and we are the better for it. This recipe takes around half an hour, is really high in calcium and incredibly tasty. Serve with some Sriracha-spiced sour cream (can you tell we like things hot?) for maximum yumminess.

Healthy Lemon Chicken.

From the brilliant mind of Ina Garten comes this magnificent chicken recipe, filled with lemon, garlic and oregano. It hits all of our healthy dinner goals: it's quick and easy to prepare, makes our entire apartment smell like a dream of an Italian vacation, and since it's cooked in nothing but herbs and lemon juice, is totally good for you. Plus, you can save the leftovers and serve them sliced up over a leafy green salad the next day.

Beef-Broccoli Stir Fry.

If you're craving something that tastes like take-out but is like 98% better for you, this beef-broccoli stir fry is for you. This sauce is tastier, not to mention healthier, than anything you can get in a restaurant; add in some extra veggies (like green beans and carrot slices) and serve over quinoa for a meal that's packed with even more nutrients.

Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Stuffed Pizza.

Halfway between a pizza and a quesadilla is this miraculously healthy, mouth-watering pizza. With crumbled tofu that soaks up the flavors from the other fresh ingredients and whole-wheat pizza dough, this recipe is basically our healthy dream dinner. Add some extra garlic for even more deliciousness.

Marinated Salmon with Mango-Kiwi Relish.

Salmon is one of the healthiest foods out there, and this recipe is a winner: the marinade imparts a little extra zip to the fish, while the mango and kiwi relish is a delightful addition. We like to add diced Clementine segments to the mango and kiwi; it really enhances the flavors and adds brightness to the dish.
